• improve our rental service using research insights

We use information only for the purposes above. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to operate research communications (e.g., Microsoft Forms and email).

How we store it

Your data is stored securely with access limited to the research/pilot team.

Your rights

You can request:

• a copy of the data we hold about you
• corrections to your information
• deletion of your information
• withdrawal of newsletter consent at any time
