Inside our focus groups

Our focus group initiative was created to help us better understand the experiences of the people Akron Realty is designed to serve.

Through online sessions, we have spoken with renters, buyers, landlords, property owners, agents and other stakeholders about their experiences of renting, buying, selling and listing property. These conversations have helped us understand some of the challenges, concerns and expectations that exist across different parts of the property journey.

The initiative is about more than simply collecting feedback. We want the development of Akron Realty to be built around the experiences of the people who use and engage with the property market.

The insights shared through our focus groups have already helped shape the platform. As Akron Realty continues to grow, these conversations will remain an important way for us to understand what works, what could be improved and what our community would like to see next.
